THE ASSURED DIFFERENCE
It is our contention that an Insurer requires both prompt and detailed
claims information to enable informed decisions. Informed decisions
inevitably result in claims savings, but at the very least maximise the
opportunity to avoid costs associated with claims leakage.
Obtaining sufficient detail to make an informed decision takes time, and
therein lies the challenge. The information is required as quickly as
possible for both customer service and economic reasons, but with time and
detailed information forming an inverse relationship, we are faced with
competing demands.
Here at Assured Solutions, we see our role as providing the best possible
balancing act to obtain, compile and transport the information Insurers
